1 edit | [CATV] New Cable Outlet - Louisville, KY I am looking to install a new cable outlet in my kitchen. I live in a condo with a unit above me, so phishing thru the attic is not an option. Does anyone know if Insight will drill through the wall outside to install the new cable outlet inside? When Insight came out to install my service, there was a small issue which made me have to get the multi-room DVR service, and he said that they do not drill through walls outside to install a new jack or run wiring on the inside. I wanted to get a little more insight on this before I called the central office for an appointment, but didn't want the tech to come out to the house just to tell me installing it would not be an option. |
