charge of 90$, but i am not a customer for about a year now

Dec 1 Acanac have charge on my credit card 56.96$ and 29.95$, but i am no longer customer for about a year now.

answer from billing please note that according to our policy the bandwidth is limited for Quebec packages, so you have charged for over usage invoices.

acanac always finds a way to amaze me.

this look like i need to fight again if i want my money back, always crap whit this company

Sent you a pm. I looked at your tickets and see you are waiting for a reply from billing. I do not have access to billing files but hopefully they answer you soon.

They don't take time to read your tickets? You are dead wrong. Everyone of them is read and answered and it is not copy and paste. If you have a problem with your account pm me with your name or user name and email and I will see what I can do .
Oh and you never answered your review you posted where I offered to help.

Ok on the UHU-24238 ticket I see they answered with"Please note that according to our new policy, we have to charge our customers for over usage, so we added invoices for previuos extra usage and charged you accordingly."

On the NJD-33611 ticket I see they are saying that overages were from period for period 2011-01-24 to 2011-01-05
and
CND Over usage for period 2011-01-01 to 2011-01-05.

same old story again and again, same answer again everything look ok this is over usage

what is the problem with acanac staff, nobody take the time to read what i write or what.

MY MODEM NEVER GET ACTIVATED, I HAVE RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF ACTIVATION FEE AND EVERITHING IN JANUARY 2011 WHIT AUTORISATION OF PAUL (CO-FOUNDER OR SOMETHING LIKE THATS), BECAUSE MY MODEM NEVER GET ACTIVATED IN 25 DAYS AFTER A LOTS OF CALL AND EMAIL.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ WHATS IS WRITE IN MY ACCOUNT BEFORE

IS VIRTUALY IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE OVER USAGE IF MY MODEM NEVER GET ACTIVATED, AND BASE ON WHAT I SEE I HAVE CHARGE OF 30$ THIS LOOK LIKE A MONHTHLY PAYEMENT AND 55$ THIS LOOK LIKE OVER USAGE OR INSTALLATION

i have write to ''la facture'' radio canada, this is a tv show in quebec for case like this, if im about to loose 90$ for nothing i give you 100 000$ in bad publicity you deserve.

if you have trouble whit acanac do the same thing
