Most people screaming about it are wholesale subscribers who Bell wants as little to do with as they can... and with Bell having $10/month promos on FibeTV, it is often cheaper to pay overage on Fibe internet than have wholesale DSL + FibeTV on a separate loop even if you could get it without Fibe internet.

FibeTV 10$ promo is only a base package... it's not like you can get everything for 10$ and doesn't include Internet.

But this is the same situation... You're required Colba Internet if you want their IPTV service.

Also Bell overage fee is now 80$.

Unless you download over 350GB/month, it is (much) cheaper to sign up for usage insurance blocks... most people get away with only 1-2 of those.
