Set 3801HGV QoS?

Is there a way to manage QoS settings for the 3801HGV? I can't seem to find anything.

Specifically, I want to give a MAC the highest priority.

No. I have a 3800 and it cannot do that; pretty sure feature set of 3801 is the same. Mine is uVerse, so some features may be disabled by AT&T.
