| [Help] Router F7D8301 One band disappears or refuses connections Router F7D8301 v1
This is a dual band router. Most of our computers and smartphones can only use 2.4GHz band.
From time to time, we see the router refuse connections with some devices. Sometimes the SSID for that band disappears from Windows Network Connections list in systray. ...and then it returns.
I just upgraded the firmware and tried changing the Wireless Channel to Auto. for 2.4GHz.
