WildBlue limits the average speed subscribers can use in their billing period to half of 56k.

This is a bigger joke than Comcast's 250GB capped 50 Mbps connections that you can't use at an average speed higher than 1 Mbps without exceeding the "usage limits" that month.

50? Hell, I struggle not to break it on their 16MBit blast tier (a struggle that usually fails).
