| Direct TV are CROOKS!  They did not stand behind their service and we were told that we had 30 days to decide whether we wanted to keep their service and were told multiple times on the phone that if the service was not working properly we could opt out of our contract. We never did get satisfaction with the service (and might I add that everything about Direct was awful.) and they charged our card $575+ today even though we sent back all of the equipment and never did get it to work properly.
