Sikki join:2000-09-19 Smithfield, RI | Want to upgrade my video card. I am currently using a ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2. I want to be able to get a DX 11 NVIDEA card for about $150 that would be at least as good as my current card. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! |

I would hold off if you can, Nvidia and AMD should both be releasing new product lines in early 2012. |

 | reply to Sikki I'm not sure you're going to get where you want to go on that budget. |

Re: Want to upgrade my video card. I think some more questions need to be asked....
What CPU are you using? What screen resolution is your screen? What games do you play?
I agree with dissembled though, for 150 you're very limited. -- Just Giver |

I don't think if you will get in that amount, then you may have to go for second hand |

Sikki join:2000-09-19 Smithfield, RI | reply to Sikki Well I took all the advice to get a 560 ti card to replace the Radeon. I installed in last night and was blown away. Thanks for all the advice!
The card I ended up getting is:

 | reply to Sikki That's an excellent card, especially the MSI FROZR. It's just that it was $80 past your original budget.
I have a feeling you're thinking right now it was well worth the extra. |
