[Hardware] Upload speed question

High speed cable installed today.

Download speed is great on my upstairs wireless PC (windows 7 64 bit home prem) but the upload is only .46 Mbps - where as the down stairs (hard connection to router is 2.51 Mbps.
Dwnload speeds for both systems around 30 mbps.

Wondering if a tweek some wheres (in router or wireless adapter, or ...) to increase the upload from .46 to 2.51 ish.

Router : Belkin N750DB - F9K1103
Wireless Adapter : Belkin N750DB - F9L1103
