Why didn't you give them a chance to troubleshoot the issue? Maybe it's just an issue local to your neighborhood or town. Maybe your cable modem is acting up?
Give WOW_Dan here on DSLR a holler... he might be able to help. He helped resolve very quickly a download speed issue I was having a couple months ago.
