Ready to go in there with a shotgun

I didnt click on the agreement button when I was checking out the sight. I had put my credit card info on it and was contiplating on it. It said I get service in my zip code. When it went through without me clicking on it, I called up Clear and they told me that in my zip code, there was no service. They apoligized after checking their applications and acknowledged it.
and said they would send out the modem with a return label.
2 days pass and I get the box with no return address or label.
I call back and the rep was saying that she was so sorry and would email it to me right away. I wait another day and nothing is in my email. I call them back and tell them, the say sorry and tell me they are resending it in the email. I check my email and get a notice that It will be in my email in 24 to 48 hours. I call them back, and they say sorry. They now want to mail it to me and ask me again for my mailing address. I give it to them. They tell me 24 to 48 hours it will be in my mail. 2 days go by and nothing. I call them back and they say sorry, ask me to read a code on the modem box, and then tell me they havent done anything in getting me the mailing labels BECAUSE It is a customer owned modem. They said I now own it, and cant do anything, and said again Sorry. I am going there now.
