Norwalk, CT | Since the release of Windows Vista (and then Windows 7), there are no longer any meaningful "Tweaks" to the Windows TCP/IP stack... (It just Is what it Is...  ) and I guess that everyone else here that is currently running the older "Legacy" OSes (Win98/2K/XP) have already taken advantage of this forum for "Tweaking" their systems...

I can certainly remember those days also but I am sorry I don't recall how I found DSLReports. Possibly someone of my friends from SWBell mentioned it to me.
Whatever, I am eternally grateful to everyone that has made this site one of the best on the Internet, if not the best, for finding answers to virtually any technical question one can think of.
