Blackberries work well doing what they were originally intended to do however, they've mostly failed to move beyond that e-mail limitation (while iOS and Andoird get better at everything). Compound that with the total lack of a native e-mail capability with the Playbook and one really has to scratch their head trying to understanding exactly what the company's strategy really is.
