I am having the same problem. www.dslreports.com/routerwatch shows some of the problems CBT has under the name XXXXX-X.swX.core.fuse.net listed in alphabetical order as fuse.net . I have called it in. We are not getting the service they should be giving. Also share the name of Their servers that are slowing your downloads. I have tried to get it fixed for several days now. We may just have to find other ISP's. By the way Cin bell's service number in cincy is 513 397 4357. Hope this helps.
