I've got three hd/dvr boxes and encore was out on all of them so not a faulty connection. A couple days after my initial post, the problem went away. |

lost most of my high def stations in the 900s and the old movie stations in the 600s on Thurs 12/22. I called cust service about 8pm when I realized I couldn't get ESPN. They scheduled a repairman for the next day. Got here about 9:30 am. Determined that the problem was not in my house but was in the wire transmitting the signal. Squirrel damage. Another truck showed up and ran a temporary line to keep me in service until the maintenance crew can do it right. Way better service than I expected. |
