 | I just picked this up for my 4yo son, he's been asking for it since he first saw the commercial. I told him he wasn't old enough but he said he wasn't 4 anymore, he is now 10 and up(the age recommended in the commercial) so of course I had to get it for him |
|
 | reply to Treebark I saw this in the store yesterday and thought it looked like a neat concept, but didn't really get any further into it. What is it all about? |

WHichever action figure you have on the portal of power, thats the character that is on the screen, you can switch them out at anytime during game play as long as one isnt dead. When all of your skylanders are dead, you have to start the chapter over. My son and daughter have been playing 2 player coop and are on the last boss. I am not helping them and they have almost killed it twice. |

Do you have to "program" the game with the Skylanders or does it recognize new ones as soon as you place them? -- From Psychonauts - Lungfish Civilian: (describing Goggalor) He's impervious to bullets! ... and love! -- |

kls @comcast.net | reply to Treebark My son just got the skylanders game for Christmas. However it is not recognizing any of the characters and is unable to play. You can imagine his disappointment. So why are the characters not being recognized? Anyone know? |

|
kls @comcast.net | Yes! My husband did try to sync it several times. He spent 2 hour's trying to trouble shoot and went to website and all. I guess we just happened to get a difected one is all. Will try to exchange tomorrow. |
