Inside Insight → [Need Info] What is Insight Rewards?

My 1 year special price on Broadband 10.0 is expiring. I have no other Insight service.

Today I got a mail postcard from Insight, it says that my price will not go up to "full retail", and that I will get a "significant discount" because I have been automatically enrolled in Insight Rewards.

The postcard does not say what the new price of 10.0 will be.

I know I could call Insight, but I have a by the minute cell phone, so I don't want to burn my minutes to listen to their hold music, up sell, and market speak. I've checked their website, and no mention of Insight Rewards, a search only returns a link to Wilner's blog.

Anyone know what this Insight Rewards program is, and are there any gotchas?

A markiting con Insight uses to make you think your saving money and to also get you to call in so they can sell you more services.
