Hi

Backup what? It's firmware or configuration? Firmware is a definite "not possible". I don't know about the 7911G, but some of the web managed phones support exporting the configuration. [See Also: Using the Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 7921G Web Pages]

(My 7912's don't support it, but it's running SCCP.)

Yes I mean firmware
In fact I have cisco 7911G with the default protocol and i want to upgrade it to SIP supported protocol. but i dont have that firmware but on one my old phone already upgraded to that firmware. So I want to take that firmware from the old phone and then copy to the new phone using TFTP . So is there any possibility

As I said, NO. Cisco doesn't want people doing that, it eats into selling service contracts. (but that doesn't mean one google search won't find what you need.)

i first need to convert it to factory default then again wants to upgrade the SIP firmware.
I would be very thanful if you help me to get out of this situation
