Glad to see there is life in the NorthWest. Thought you'll went south for the winter, or perhaps you went into hibernation!
Life is a dream/illusion, Skipdawg, or at least the Beatles? thought so....
Oh, now I remember....! "Row, row, row your boat, gently, down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream."
It's too early... need some more coffee....
...and which is an illusion? -- "Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river..runs over rocks..of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs. I am haunted by waters." Norman Maclean |

Actually, reality only exists within the confines of my/your mind. If I/you decide to completely eliminate something from my/your conciousness, it ceases to exist. The Altzheimer patient eliminates the world and the world is no different from the loss. (only the patient's conciousness is altered.) This is all too deep for an internet forum. (I think, therefore I am.) (I fail to think, therefore you aren't????) |

ALL RIGHT! Deep philosophical discussions about the nature of our nightmare reality, universe/nonuniverse...
I didn't read the previous post by Mtn Charley, therefore, Mtn Charley didn't write the previous post?; therefore, why am I posting this post, but in reality, am I really posting, or am I dreaming I am posting....?
I think I don't want to think anymore...my brain is hurting -- "Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river..runs over rocks..of time. That's why I'm moving to Portland. Sure beats the Wisconsin winters! -- You've glimpsed the fist within the Bene Gesserit glove. Few glimpse it and live. |
