| [Internet] Internet drops for hours, constantly. Belleview, FL I just got Cable from Bright House installed less than a month ago in a new place, I'm not sure what is going on at all.
Basically the internet just drops dead., I can't get a connection at all, sometimes for 16+ hours. I had a tech come out yesterday who replaced the Cable Jumper and stuck new coaxial between the modem and the wall. This seemed to fix the problem for about an hour and them it went down again.
On top of that when the internet dies the phone hooked up to the modem/gateway dies as well and I can't call support.
I don't know exactly what information to post so I'm going to post what I have.
Modem/Gateway: UBEE U10C022.01
There is no additional equipment.
Power and DS lights are solid, US flashes continually the whole time the connection is down.
