Why provisioned at 5056 D and 800 U website advertises 6/1?

I've entered a support ticket (WVL-85814) asking why I'm getting only about 4.3 Mbps down and 700 up. They asked me to get the stats from my modem, which I did, and they clearly showed I was provisioned for 5056/800.
But the Acanac website advertises 6Mbps down and 1 Mbps up.
Seeing as my stats showed the max attainable was 10848 kbps up and 992 up.
Is the 6 down/1 up only for Quebec? Does'nt say so on the website, not that I can find. Every support signature says up to 5Mbit/s. Website has 6Mbps in their chart. Is that only for NEW customers?
No it is not just for Quebec. Bell is upgrading you all to 6Mbps. and they are supposed to be all done by November. Please call our tec support team to see if they can boost up your speeds.
