This is the reason why we all should have been sports agent. -- You can say any foolish thing to a dog, and the dog will give you a look that says, 'My God, you're right! I never would've thought of that!' |

Made a ton more money at the end of his career in Portland and Houston. |

| reply to Jon Actually if you look at it, the Bears do pay their players. Just not the good ones.
Look at what they spent on Adam Archuleta, Marion "Butterfingers" Barber, Roy Williams, and a bunch of other bums.
They pay, but as long as Angelo is there they won't pay the right guys. -- Illegitimati non carborundum

Reinsdorf has helped him, and many others, even when there was no obligation to. The reason he made money at the end of his career was because they did a sign and trade, bulls paying a whole bunch for him, as I recall.
there will always be players that think they don't make enough. it is all about what the market will bear and how good of a negotiator you or your agent is. |

| Let's just hope the drive for title(s) stays in Rose's heart and the money does not make him careless. Jordan was financial sound befort his rings but when they won the first title and he sat their crying with his dad showed me and many others it was not about the money and 6 titles later...I think Derrick will hopefully have more MVP's and some rings in his and our futures since it does not look to good for our football and baseball teams here. |
