I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction (I'm new in the forum) I recently switched to Telus from Shaw and signed up for a 3-year contract. Happy customer so far..
But.. As part of the deal I signed up for the XBOX360 promotion. I was told it would arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. That was almost 2 months ago. I was told that the XBOX would definitely arrive before Xmas. Luckily I didn't count on it for xmas presents for my kids, but it would have been a bonus Oh well..
I don't know where to call to follow up on this now. Any recommendations? I work the whole day and have little chance of making long phone calls from work.
Before switching I used to visit the Shaw forum and noticed that there was a bunch of helpful Shaw employees lending a hand to people with issues with Shaw. As I said, I'm new around here, and I don't visit it very often, but I haven't seen the similar people from Telus. Any Telus employee around here helping with this type of questions?
If not, does anyone know where should I call to find out the status of my XBOX hopefully on a weekend?

 Esto join:2011-12-20 Vancouver, BC | Thank you for the suggestion nss_tech. I called sales and was told the XBOX had not been sent yet by the third-party provider. I was given a new 2-week time frame to hear back from them again.
I will post here how it goes.

I wanted to report back on my XBOX promotion experience.
I'm happy to report that last weekend I finally received the Xbox+Kinect combo and everything it's working perfectly.
It just took 2 months and a half to get it instead of the 4 to 6 weeks time frame originally given, but hey.. it's free.
If you go for it, just know that you need to be patient.
