Back in August 2011 Acanac screwed up my phone number, I could call out, but no one could call me, they would get a Bell disconnected message. After over 1 month with this problem, PAUL (an owner with Acanac) offered to provide me with a new number and 2 years free service. Well, the billing department just billed me for my old non-working number for another year. When I sent and email to billing... SAMAN says "As I checked your account 5195134643 has been renewed on 2011-12-19. Please let us know if you need more assistance,"
What a joke, I do not believe he even read my post saying "you are billing me for a number that does not work"
Oh no. I thought we finally had this all settled with you. I am going to send an email for you because I remember working on this for over a month with Paul and you definitely should NOT be billed for this old number. Will reply back in a bit with a ticket number for you.
