Horrible Customer Service
I don't understand how Century Link states they provide fast services when their website is that slow! It takes forever to load and sometimes I can't even pull up my bill to view because they have "technical difficulties." I cannot stand dealing with them. They have horrible customer service. I called today wanting to know when my bill would be ready. Because I have not paid this month's bill, their rep yelled "I guarantee you ma'am, you won't get your bill next month because you have not paid your bill." And he wanted to provide services that would exceed my expectations! He certainly provided me with horrible service that exceed my expectation!!! I am thinking about sucking up the installation fees and switching to another provider. Can't deal with these people!!!
