Vonage's poor handling of the number port-out triggered an issue with weekend support from VoIP.ms, thus their mention in this review.
I'm not clear as to how you could misinterpret the intent of the review; it plainly states that I left Vonage to join VoIP.ms, and indicates why. Did you simply scan for vendor names, or did you actually read the review?
