Amazing that in different parts of the country, the same problems exist. What is even more amazing is that when it is past on to a supervisor they act like it is unique.
My internet speeds have gone from great to completely unacceptable in the last few days. 2 months ago I was humming on 10 meg down 4 meg up, more than what I was paying for. Now I am lucky to get 1 down 1 up. I will be calling tomorrow and giving them 1 chance to fix it. If not I will find someone who can provide me with real internet.
