| Suddenlink cannot be obtained I've had my residence for almost a year now. Previous tenant leaves and sticks them for a huge bill. I buy my house and this is where the trouble begins. I've tried for 6 months to get service with this company. Every time that I try to do so I get well their is active service at your house. Well I find it highly unlikely suddenlink would let service go unpaid for a year without a disconnnect. I've offered to show them my title and proof of residency and I still cant get service.
This company has been a nightmare to deal with. I'm not sure if the 911 address's are messed and and this is linked to another address or what. THis has been a very unpleasant experience |

 | Contact Pete Abel, he has been able to get many issues resolved and should be able to get your issule resolved. Provide him with relevant information needed like your address, phone number.
Also you could try going to the local suddenlink office. |
