Re: Question My local ISP would be involved because I had no contractual arrangement for my DSL with AT&T.
My only contractual arrangement with AT&T was for them to provide me voice land line service, which they did.
The only contractual obligation AT&T had directly with me was to provide a line that I could make and receive voice communication.
Things even degraded to the point that my ISP would have no choice but to suggest that I call AT&T and tell them I have static on my voice line. And of course when I did this, AT&T would simply say they hear no static and my voice line is OK. Then nothing would get done. |
