| [Pricing] Anyone have these problems?
1) I received a call from a Verizon Representative who tried to convince me to change my plan from the Americas Choice to the Nationwide plan. They failed to mention that I would have to pay an additional $5.00 per handset plus tax over the $5.00 per month I am already paying per handset to use minutes to access the mobile web, to my 3 - 3G Handsets in order to keep web access. They spent about 30 minutes trying to convince me that the change would not affect my plan cost.
2) Whenever I try to access Verizon's website, the homepage demands my phone number and password. If I log in I cannot go to the prepaid plans. I get redirected to a web page that hawks the benefits of 4G. I have to log out and log back in as a different windows user, to the Verizon website, to view the website as a new customer to see prepaid pricing. The pigs do not want me to change to a prepaid plan even though my contract has expired and I might be better off on a prepaid plan. |
