It just like schools in the States they will not stand up to anyone for fear of getting sued. That can go both ways... A conservative (- to quote Tom Leykis - 'right wing wacko') would be concerned that WiFi (and the Internet in general) may allow their child to see the world as it is, and not the restricted view that is imposed upon them. 'Might makes right'
