Spent 15 minutes on hold with Insight. I gave up. I was just trying to be nice. If they don't want to know about their low cable line (not mine), it is their problem. Garbage day is tomorrow, I have a feeling they will find out soon enough. |

| I had to call yesterday and was on hold for 10+ minutes.. I'm thinking it's because of the holidays. I was having problems with the 30.0 service since saturday, and they had to back me down to 20.0 until they can get a truck out at my location thursday.
20.0 is working perfectly by the way. |
