[Other] Insight cutting back on service already?

I guess they are cutting back in their call center or maybe it is the holidays. Spent 15 minutes on hold with Insight. I gave up. I was just trying to be nice. If they don't want to know about their low cable line (not mine), it is their problem. Garbage day is tomorrow, I have a feeling they will find out soon enough.

I had to call yesterday and was on hold for 10+ minutes.. I'm thinking it's because of the holidays. I was having problems with the 30.0 service since saturday, and they had to back me down to 20.0 until they can get a truck out at my location thursday.

20.0 is working perfectly by the way.

Its because of the holidays. No one has lost their jobs...

It's the holidays... Everyone getting new tv's, video game systems, computers... That ties up support with people trying to get those devices connected...
