Just completed a VERY successful call with Support Mgr.
UPDATE: Had an exceptionally successful call with Mr. Christopher G from VoIPo this afternoon EST. Extremely pleased with the outcome.
What was achieved from the phone call: 1.) VoIPo is determined to have the BEST service available. 2.) Mr. Christopher G. takes his responsibilities seriously. 3.) Proactive to insuring that the customer is satisfied and so expeditiously. 4.) Has hands on the pulse of what is going on in his organization. 5.) Is determine to make sure that his personnel adheres to the charter of the company; authentically providing the BEST service.
Allow me to also underline another 'A' Grade representative at VoIPO... Mr. Kyle K. This representative is able to explain the technology and issues around the technology very well.
CONCLUSION: This was a turning point moment for me with this company. Glad to know that I did make the BEST decision choosing VoIPo over ITP. This call and other experiences underline that they do have their hands on their customers' pulses and work in earnest to insure that there is always the OPTIMAL outcome.
