! I was forced to cancel service because it no longer worked in my area. Instead Clear put my account in hibernation for 1 month then restarted it!!!! They said it was suspended but they reopened it and stole money from my account!! What was I suppose to do about internet service for a month???? I had to sign a 2 year contract with Xfinity to get reliable service. They will not refund my money and say the charges are valid!! STAY AWAY FROM CLEAR!!!! THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY!!!!!
Maybe a misunderstanding or poor service, but definitely not theft. Although if you truly think that it is theft, then please report it to your local police department.

I just moved and area of town I was in despite their coverage map (which is CLEAR - ly fraudulent) My old hood was lousy, the new address is screaming fast... Construction materials surrounding buildings are all factors.
Their claimed quality of service shaded maps are deceptive if not out right fraud. Their customer service and business model are borderline unethical at best. When it works I mean competitive through-put it works well.
