help - firmware for this?

Hi I have the "Archos 14 vision"

»www.archos.com/products/mp3_play···&lang=en

it has 2.06 firmware on it

I wanted to updated it - or at least see if there is an update

I searched and searched - and just can't find any info on this

could you please help? think of it as a challenge
how would you do it? how did you do it?
