Agreed, if it's feasible(for them, and people with old equipments), I have no problem for moving onto IPv6 as all my equipments are IPv6 compatible.

Actually, for now, for just a affordable home-use DSL connection, I would probably prefer that they invest more in upgrading the basic facilities such as upgrading old wires to fiber, eliminating line congestion, etc...

As we do have additional IPs available for clients we are not in an immediate need nor is there a concern of us running out of IP space. As this is the case there isn't a concern for our clients. I know that this is something that our engineering team is looking more closely into in 2012 though.
