| i can't connect to zoomtown with my cisco wireless card okay so my friends mom gave me her old laptop.. Dell latitude d600.. on windows xp.. lol..
it has a cisco wireless card in it.. Aironet 350 series wireless LAN adaptor.. (also old)
It works in at my friends house, it connects instantly .. but when i took it to my place and it wouldnt connect
the SSID came up and it showed the connection but there is a red x between the icon with the computer and the wireless symbol.. then when i click CONNECT i get and error message saying i'm out of range and to refresh blahbla blaa unable to connect.
so i reset some setting and its still coming up with the same error message.. its showing all green bars though.. i don't get it.. my other laptop connects just fine.
i dont know what to do.. i hope someone has an answer for me...
