| reply to nycdave said by nycdave:said by guppy_fish:said by nycdave:No. I didn't mess it up - my point was the FSC did. I had to fix their screw-up....Someone built your speed backwards. So in theory, You have the ability to set any data rate up to the GPON limits? No, the ONT/OLT wouldn't be able to handle full GPON data rates. Well maybe more correctly asked do you actually have the ability to provision a FIOS connection manually or does it have like set options you have to chose from? IE: would you have the ability to setup your own home fios connection as 1000/1000 (ethernet limit of the ONT)? -- 150/75 mbit Verizon FiOS connection FTW! |

 | reply to RoKmAn I've had the 35/35 ultimate HD bundle for $150 for a couple years now. 150/35 is available by itself for $199. I would love to have 150/35 for the same price I'm paying now, but I don't see any option for that
Why is the upload speed still so low? Surely they could have done at least 150/50. |

Its freaking amazing Newsbin incorrectly reports the download speed sometimes, it was higher than what dumeter reported. Download one of those meters and verify, I guarantee it's no where close to 200Mbps. -- 35/35 Fios, Triple Play Extreme. |

 RolteC0h join:2001-05-20 Fresh Meadows, NY kudos:1 | 139.99 is for the 35/35 speeds.
Its more like 169.99 for the 150 triple play before any possible monthly discounts or additional boxes/taxes. |

Its more like 169.99 for the 150 triple play before any possible monthly discounts or additional boxes/taxes. I just configured for my brother in Manhattan (currently a FIOS double play customer) and he can get the 150Mbps triple play for $144.99 plus taxes/fees. Of course the website says $30 in discounts. |

RolteC0h join:2001-05-20 Fresh Meadows, NY kudos:1 | So the question remains, is this for new customers or existing, or it doesn't matter? Because my bill is 169.99/mo.... |
