1 edit | [Speed] Incorrect provisioning? Somerville, MA I think my modem is incorrectly provisioned... I am supposed to have 60mbit, but the RCN speedtest page is showing me rate limited at 22mbit, and my download speed reflects that.

 | Sigh... finally had a chance to call today. They claim I changed my service from 60mbit to 20mbit (which I never did), and it'll cost $60 more per month to get it back. Nice.
This will be fun to fix! |

 | reply to negativeduck I was promised a call back about this weeks ago and, somewhat unsurprisingly, I have heard nothing. Do I really have to spend hours on the phone to get this fixed? |

I'm going to say send a message (pm) to the new rcncares user.. She will probably be able to help to get you squared away. -- Bryan Laird RCN Engineering |

 | Thanks! I'll do that. |

 | reply to negativeduck Still no response. I don't think rcncares about PMs at dslreports :P |
