Ceton InfiniTV problem

I have the Ceton InfiniTV PCIe and am having problems with receiving HD Channels 859 and 860 in Newburgh, IN. I had a technician out today and he tried everything he could think of including installing an amplifier as my signal was somewhat weak. When changing to one of those 2 channels I will sometimes get a picture and/or sound for about a second and then will get a message "Activation Required". After he left I looked at the tuner in Ceton Diagnostics where I get, Copy Protection: CCI: "One Copy" (0x02). On all the other channels have Copy Protection: CCI: "Copy Free" (00). Carrier Lock and Digital Lock Both indicate "yes".

Does anyone have any Ideas?

Are 859 and 860 premiums like HBO? If so then it's not unusual to get a copy once flag on the channel. Odds are that the card isn't provisioned with the correct subscription information from your account. I'd say call WOW and see if they can send the info down to the card, otherwise Dan will probably to clear it up.. the man is a godsend!

If you can shoot me your account number or phone number on the account, as well as the HOST ID of your Ceton card (information shows up in the Ceton Diagnostic tool) I should be able to get this working. I've gotten pretty good with these InfiniTV's over the past couple months They're pretty popular cards.

The channels are not premium but 2 HD channels. Dan had the copy-bit changed and they are now working. Thanks, Dan!!
