Comcast is now the majority owner of Universal Sports. Do you find this strange that Comcast is basically telling it's own subscribers to switch to DirecrTV. |

also last year Directv got a better VS as well. Directv got to show VS and VS ALT at the same time (most subs) for the NHL playoffs. |

VS alternate is shown if the local NHL team is on the regional sports network. Like if Root Sports Pittsburgh is showing the pittsburgh penguins game and versus is also showing it. The versus feed will default to boxing or whatever because Root Sports has the rights to the game. |

Your station replacing it with another Digital Sub Channel and on Comcast Lineup it already shows like Versus new name and it's isn't happening intill the 2 and NUVO HD 620 a future channel on my Lineup. |

no last year VS HD and VS ALT HD both had live games (when 2 games started about the same time) on them and they where not blacked out in the Chicago area on directv. And in the years be for that on directv you had the choice of seeing the first game or flipping over to VS alt to see the start of the next game that does move over to the main feed when game 1 ends.
Later the same year on last day of baseball before the payoffs directv had ESPN 1 HD, ESPN 2 HD + ESPN ALT HD and ESPN 2 ALT HD all showing live games at the same time in the Chicago area as well with no black out's. |

Here in Chicago, the channel has been removed from the cable boxes and DTA. OTA (antenna), WMAQ 5.3 is now just showing bars and tone. |

| epic fail that comcast can't keep it's own channel. Much less one it owns 100% may they are waiting for the HD feed to go live. |

WNBC 4.4 (Comcast Digital Channel 249) is just black with no sound.
I find it strange that Comcast did not make an effort to make room for Universal Sports on their own systems just to make a statement to other cable operators like Cablevision and Time Warner. |

I'm in northern jersey visiting and basically overnight the channel is now displaying a blue screen with a message stating that "US Sports will no longer be shown on this channel and thank you for your years of viewership" |
