Internet Explorer 9.0

Is this just an IE9 thing?
Opera will always show nice lit green circles, same with Firefox.
It hasn't worked for ages with IE9 so I was just curious.

I admit it could be my configuration that is causing it.
On my other machine, under IE8, I am seeing the same thing.
