Can't you just crank the phone and ask Mabel to connect you? That's what I do, except Mabel is Siri, and I just press one button instead of cranking. Or, I use this new fangled thing called Google to look up a number. Or, Comcast provides www.ecolisting.com for free (save a tree!) |

If its like around here they get delivered once a year. You could try to beg steal or borrow one. But thats the way its been for the 52 years of my life. Having cdv has nothing to do with if it does or does not get delivered to you. |

| You can google how to get a phone book in your area - they are delivered by a local company in your area not affiliated with comcast. Comcast provides free online directories to save a tree.

Re: [CDV] how can i get a phone book? My iPhone is my phone book. I have several apps that provide telephone listings. WhitePages.com, SuperPages.com, and Dex are a few of the apps I use if I need a phone book. Phone books are headed the way of the pay phone. I have not used a pay phone or a phone book in ages.
