 | Strangest thing..Any advice? Well I recently formatted my drive and before that I was getting around 30mbps and now I'm roughly seeing 15-20 mbps.
I don't understand what happened and I don't believe a format would do this, any suggestions?

·Comcast
| Unlike Verizon , Everyone runs on one connection with splicers, is what was explained to me.So when many people are on the internet it will significantly reduce your speed. To see if this is your problem check it at a off time when most people are not on in neighborhood. |

| reply to DrVidiBoomBa Maybe some custom configuration was serving to speed access to the disk. In your hardware devices -> hardrive properties, in the advanced settings , -> DMA? Did you ever run an optimizing program that might have made a tweak? Is your page file maxed? |
