rchapoteau join:2012-01-01	Short-Term Plans I was on the clear site looking at their plans and one thing I noticed looks similar to pre-paid options that they call short-term plans. I called their number to get more info on it, and they said that I had to go into a local store to get those options. Is anyone here using a short-term plan with them? If so what speeds are you getting? To see the plans go to the 4g mobile plan and there is a link for short-term options. »www.clear.com/plans/details/id/654

ninoriff join:2011-10-14 Batavia, IL	You do not need to go into a store to get those plans, LOL ... Just use any unactivated modem to connect to the internet you will see a clear splash page and on the next page you will see the short term options and you can sign up right then and there ...

SysOp join:2001-04-18 Douglasville, GA	reply to rchapoteau Just what ninoriff said. Buy a modem, plug it in, make a payment. No activation fee. No cancellation fee. The $35 prepaid monthly plan is a good value. Works as advertised.
