Have East Lyme speeds been bumped yet ?

Still showing 9.9. Just want to be sure it's not my modem.

Should be active, I would suggest getting on Metrocast Online Chat (the easiest option without waiting on the phone), or call them? Ask them to check your account, send a reset command, power off your modem for 5 minutes, then turn it back on, the new speeds should come live? There is another forum active on here regarding speed bumps.
