Best one I saw was a 4 door Charger with Hemi badges and..... Stick on Dual Exhaust tailpipe. Something didn't look 100% on it and you could see it shaking in the wind.

Epic fail.

When I had a VW Golf I put the turbo badge from a VW beetle... but both would have had the same engine.

Now I'm too lazy to even clean the car, much less debadge it.

IMHO, there are only 2 reasons people de-badge their vehicles:

1. They want a less cluttered, cleaner, and simpler look.

2. They don't want others to know it is a base or lower spec model.

The first reason I'm okay with. People who do the second are POSERS. I see Lexus IS250s that have been debadged all the time to make folks think it might be an IS350.

My current ride (V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee) has dual exhausts. But the V6 version only has a single exhaust pipe. Of course, there are POSERs with a V6 that want to add a second pipe so they can pretend it is a V8.
