[OC] Overclocking P4 3.2

I have been attempting to overclock a P4 3.2 Northwood 478 socket CPU installed in a Biostar P4M80-M4 MB. Even with a very small increase in clock speed and or voltage, it goes into a reboot loop. Any ideas?

VIA uses a unlocked PCI/AGP bus instead of a fixed PCI/AGP bus

this is why your getting reboot loops

Can anything be done about this?

Unless there is an option in your BIOS to lock the PCI/AGP bus speed to 100mhz, you are probably screwed.
