Since the middle of December my DSL has become very slow later in the day. I check the modem and line several times each hour with automated programs. Thus I have stats which show what happens. Here are some graphs for December. The problem started to occur around December 17. This has happened before and when I call Earthlink they always tell me there is something wrong on my end or the phone line. In the past it has been something at the Central Office. Usually the DSLAM is overtaxed. What do you think ?
