Is it possible to play you and another player 1v1 on a multiplayer map? Me and my son play together on seperate Xbox 360's and were wondering if there was a way to do this just me vs him on a multiplayer map.

I do not believe it is possible. The servers are all run by EA and there is no way to make a private server. On the servers you also need six people for the game to even start.

I pretty sure that's not possible on the 360/PSN version of Battlefield 3.

I personally play BF3 on PC and on here you can play 1v1 if you really want to. All it takes is just creating and setting up your own server. And because most servers are owned and operated by just regular people and not EA, people can set up their servers however they wish w/whatever options they want.
